I checked out your diary from yesterday. You have great choices on your food and I believe you should up your cals from 1200 to maintain this level of healthy eating. It's all about a lifestyle change. Dessert is okay as long as you keep yourself in check. Portion control and getting those burns in :)

Some people do look alot older when they lose a significant amount of weight especially if you lose it quickly.

Getting plastic surgery is a great option to fix what you can't. I def. wouldn't think any less of someone. I think most women would have work done if it was affordable. :) Most men are not as concerned as we are with any flaws.

It's hard to tell because your diary is not viewable. I'm with the others regarding upping your protein and lowering your starchy carbs ( breads/ pastas). Check out other diaries. They will give you ideas. Best of luck! Lisa

If you can't stop at a few chips then your best not to start eating them at all. A few Breton crackers and cheese might help with your salt fix. Don't let that bag of chips boss you around! Best of luck!

My sister and I get the same thing. If you take a non drowsy antihistamine before you work out you should be ok. I have to do this for the first week or so and then my body will adjust so I don't need to. I thought we were the only 2 this ever happened to. Thanks for the post.
