Location: Central Arkansas
Age: 50 (big sigh)
Goal weight: 155-160
Current: Do I really have to go there?
Activities: Lately it seems like all I do is go to the gym.
Workout plan: Intense Weight lifting 3x a week, Cardio 2x week
Anyone want to know anything else? I'm an open book.

My name is Lisa, from NB Canada, 43, goal weight 146, lost 10 so far. I have 23 to go. Just starting to get into exercising.
