Thank you for sharing. I am a big girl and my nutricianist put me at 1900 cal/day. If i chose to eat badly I can easily excedd that amount, but choosing not too at times I find myself with calories to spare and thats a good thing! Keep it up guy & to those who want to fake the funk, its their loss in the end.
