Low Sodium

I recently went shopping and found that many 'Low Sodium' food items have a few more grams of fat than the orginal version. Which one do I choose? And Why?

    I'd go for higher fat because it's more satisfying. Higher sodium increases my cravings, not to mention bloat-city.
