I use Nuvaring. Super easy. At fist I had the worst mood swings, and some cramping. But I think that was just my body adjusting. The only thing now is heavy periods for a day then it tapers off (but I think you can leave the ring in to skip your period) and super bad cramping the day before TOM. Other than that I love it.

I plan out my whole day in advance. If its not in my diary.. TYPICALLY I dont eat it. It takes alot of control, but thats a learned trait. Meh. So basically I just have to be patient. ha! Been on MFP for about 2.5 months now, dropped 10lbs w a calorie deficit and cardio. I go over my calories occasionally but never by much. Half the time ill eat back some of my exercise cals and other days I dont... Thanks for all your guys advice!

Ill have to try out a heavier one then. The only part of "form" that feels off is I feel like im using my arms more than I should be?? Everything I read says I shouldnt have to use my arms at all because the ball should just float up. ???

Another things I didnt mention.. there are small weights in the room.. dumbells ranging from 3lbs- 15lbs and kettlebells ranging from 10lbs-50lbs How can I work with these? Will these at least START giving me some definition?

thanks! ^^ Wasnt sure.. everything seems to be shrinking except my stomach. In fact, some days it looks bigger than when I started. Maybe it only appears larger w everything else getting smaller? hmm.

I used Raspberry Ketones for a month. I lost a couple pounds... but I wouldn't sum it up to the ketones. I had started eating better, and working out at the same time I started using ketones. I wouldn't waste your money... take it from someone who used them everyday twice a day.
