Jump on a bike and watch the end of Sportscenter.
My "abs" were worked while I was lifting anyway.0 -
I walk at a snail's pace on the treadmill for 10 minutes, then stretch for 5, then hit the sauna for 10 minutes. I do compound lifts when lifting, so my abs were engaged0

Get distracted and run off to watch reruns of Big Bang Theory, only to feel bad about it later.0

depends on what your plans are after...
stretching/cooldown, if you want to look halfway presentable after your shower (ie going back to work), cardio if you're just going to go home, and don't care if you have a red blotchy exhausted face0 -

10 minutes of cardio then 5 minutes stretching, as the others have said, I got my ab work with my compound lifts!0

I do the exceptionally effective Starfish Stretch. This is how you do it:
1. Lie on back.
2. Stretch out arms and legs.
3. Close your eyes and let how sexy you're going to look overcome the muscle achiness.
4. Repeat:)0 -
