I've always seen clean eating as eating a balanced diet while ensuring to not exceed my daily intake of sugar, carbs, fat and protein.

Two cardio sessions per week (P90X or Insanity), plus 90 minutes of Soccer once a week.

Refused to give up my Five Guys Burgers and Fries - I hit Five Guys once every two weeks and enjoy my meal with zero guilt..my body doesn't notice it...still remain ripped - 3 years and counting, no complaints.
