  • I've always seen clean eating as eating a balanced diet while ensuring to not exceed my daily intake of sugar, carbs, fat and protein.
  • Two cardio sessions per week (P90X or Insanity), plus 90 minutes of Soccer once a week.
  • Just select "Create Your Own Exercise" and then give it the name you want....I have been doing the P90X/P90XPlus/P90X2/Insanity/Asylum hybrid for years now and I log each of the workouts by creating my own and adding the calories burned for each.

  • Refused to give up my Five Guys Burgers and Fries - I hit Five Guys once every two weeks and enjoy my meal with zero guilt..my body doesn't notice it...still remain ripped - 3 years and counting, no complaints.
