I use a program called Map My Run and it does give a "calorie burned" section once you finish logging a session. However, it doesn't have a heart rate monitor in it, so it's basically a guesstimate. :\ Best thing I could say is get a HRM.

You could try doing the Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift DvD! I've seen some neat results from it and I'm going to do it once I finish my Insanity workout. :) They have a specific program to plump up flatter booties, so that might be something up your alley.

The first day is always worst for me, so I just take that day off. I watch what I eat a little more carefully, have a piece of dark chocolate, and just relax.

I'm 5'2'' and I actually find it hard to hit 1200 calories a day. I seriously just don't get hungry. Day 1 was really hard. I'm on Day 3 and I've noticed a dramatic increase in my endurance, so that's good. I'm a little stiff, though, but that's because my calf muscles are realizing that I need them. My thighs aren't burning anymore, though! :)

My thighs are super sore, but I pushed through Day 2 today. My shoulders are tight and I'm having trouble walking around, but I love the feeling, haha. I'm excited to see my results. :)
