Hiya! I'm Ariel and 20 years old. :) Just finished my junior year at my university.

So I've struggled with exercise for quite a while. My current boyfriend actually took on his own little journey, dropping about forty pounds in the four months before I knew him. He is a real life success story and now, with my summer break, I'm trying to get into an exercise routine. I want to look as good as him! I want to be my own success story.

I'll end up lurking the threads. :) I love food, so I need some new recipes.

I'm beginning Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred tonight, so I'll need all the support I can get!

    Day 1 was really hard. I'm on Day 3 and I've noticed a dramatic increase in my endurance, so that's good. I'm a little stiff, though, but that's because my calf muscles are realizing that I need them.

    My thighs aren't burning anymore, though! :)
