  • Hiya I agree. If you are exercising then you are building up muscle mass and your body just needs some time to get in gear. Muscles will help you burn fat but you have to build them first. Dont give up, you are definitely on the right path :flowerforyou: it takes time.

  • Hiya I have PCOS to. The only ever time I lost weight was when I cut out carbs and all the sugary stuff f course. I find all the info on it so confusing. Cutting out all carbs is apparently not healthy but whenever I look or a different way to eat I feel lost and no weight comes off. I am worried about eatin too much fat…
  • I include snacks in my calorie allowance. Sometimes it is a bar, sometimes its nuts or a piece of cheese or fruit. For example, today I have an atkins bar and I broke it in half. I had one half mid morning and I will have the second half mid afternoon. That works really well for me.

  • Hi everyone! I am from Greenwich and work in the West End. Been on MFP for ages but slowly getting there! :smile: I do some cardio at home on the cross trainer plus riding my horse and walking the dog.   • Yes that's is what I need too, someone to push me. I am terrible with sticking to exercise, who checks on me in the gym if I turn up or not? So I never felt bad for skipping the gym.
