i dont have a trailer but i have a seat that attaches to the back of my bike and you cab hardly tell he is there (until he gets bored and starts kicking my bum lol)

go see your GP i had the same thing and he gave me some anti inflammatries and problem solved

well after doing my c25k yesterday i have done something to my knee :-( so i am having to take it easy on it for a few days so will be just brisk walking and cycling until its better :-(

i am doing the 30 day shred and love it but can i ask how do i add it to my tracker its 25 mins but of what? strength?, cardio? circuit training? or do i add each part seperate ie abs, cardio and strength as seperate work outs for the time you do them. confussed.com
