I'm would like to be in ...I'm guilty of late night snacking and I think its making it hard for me to lose my last few pounds. I wake up in the middle of the night and eat bowls of cereal, crackers, sandwiches just about whatever my heart desires thats in the kitchen. SMH

I agree...I haven't given up too much of anything but red meat and that's because of health reasons...I really dont want to cut out things because I dont consider myself to be on a diet so I feel that everything is okay as long as you dont over indulge.

I agree...I think to each its own as well. I eat cereal a lot through out my diet and it has not impacted my weight loss at all. I remember to eat in moderation and I still enjoy my special K, Krave, Cheerios, etc.

Interesting topic...I just introduced a new workout into my routine this week and I've been extremely sore and I have been feeling really bloated (FAT) so this really does help put some stuff into prosepctive for me.
