Wel i'm 5'5" female i weigh 146lbs. I work out 4/5 times a week - netball, rugby and bike - so i guess i do need the extra calories!!! on avarage now i eat around 1,400 / 1,500 maybe i should just up the calories and see how it goes??!! xx

I just did this and it says i need to eat 1,700 a day....thats a lot!!!

this - i'm a 30HH and i had the same problem - and went to bravisimo - now i have a wonderfully fit bra and no stabbing with the underwire and they are nice bras and not to high on the side and no boobs popping out of the top of the bra either!

Hi I'm a 30HH and i've had my sports bra from bravisimo....now they dont hurt when i jump around in netball or run in rugby!! well worth the investment S x

Feel free to add me - when i'm not excersising i try and keep to 1,200 but i work out 4/5 times a week - i eat around 1,400 - 1,600 (sometimes more!!) trying to net. 1,200 cals a day

I do let myself have a cheat day - because i see this as changing my life not a diet - so sometimes you have to have a treat, go out for a meal, and get a day off calorie counting. I've been calorie counting now for nearly 2 years - for the first couple of months i didn't let myself have a treat day - i found my self…

instead of fried egg i eat poached egg instead of a full choc bar i eat a fun sized bar instead of crisps i eat rice cakes

about 2 weeks ago i was wondering the same. I was eating 1,200 and excersising and just not loosing - since then i eat all my calories back (sometimes eating 2000 cals a day) and i've lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. so for me it was eat more and loose the weight - it might work for you too!

So in theory if i burn 500 cal in a day - i should eat 1,700 cal that day (but in heathy nutritious food - not cream cakes!!!!) i will up my calorie intake to a simple Brekfast: 300cal Lucnch:400cal Dinner: 500 cal which makes 1,200 cal and then make some healthy snacks to up the calories during the day to make up the rest…
