Ok everyone loves a good PLANK right!!!!!!!!!!!! Well join me for this 30 day Plank challenge!!!!!!!!
I'll post the daily workouts weekly and we can get through this together!!!!!!! WHO'S IN????????

    I'm in! I started doing the plank about 3 weeks ago, having never done one before. My abs were shaking like jelly after 30 seconds when I started. Yesterday I got up to 1 min 15 sec! So I'm in. I'm going on vacation next week, and won't have access to pool or weights, so I imagine I'll be doing the plank every day.

    Sounds awesome. I did two 20 second planks (for yesterday and today)... my whole upper body was trembling. Wow.

    I'm in, too! I used to be able to hold a plank all day long...I'll be lucky to do 20 seconds now. I'm excited to get it back.

    It's great to read all the post from people joining and getting help from their pets lol!!!!!! Love the fact some are coming back to a challenge they haven't done for awhile!!!!!! Keep it up, Day 1 and 2 in the books!!!!!!!!!

    I have trouble with planks cause of my bad ankle and hip, so I'll join the challenge but will do them with a roll under my calf, lets see how far I can get!!! :-)

    OK, gotta be true to me and no BS, so here is my update. Couldn't do it at full extension. :brokenheart: So did a modified plank on my knees and managed 10 secs. Tomorrow I'll do 15. then 20 on Sunday, .:embarassed: my version of the challenge will be to add 5 secs each day till I catch up with the group! GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY!
