I had 4 slices of pizza this weekend and got a little out of control myself. Just stay positive and start back up where you left off. I love fruit...so when I feel like I need to make up for eating too many calories I eat fruit or chicken breast with a little side salad. Just stick with it! :bigsmile:

I'm going to Olive Garden tonight for my mom's Birthday dinner. I love Olive Garden...can anybody give me some healthy alternatives to the Fettucine alfredo and pasta I usually get. Thanks. Wish me luck!

This almost happened to me yesturday with pizza...I think its because you hold yourself back so much as soon as you get a chance you over eat. Try drinking water before your goin to eat and chew your food slower. That's what helps me get some control back.

I've found that drinking alot of water and eating a grapefruit after meals helps the most...good luck with ur goal. I know you can do it!
