:smile: Hi, My Maid of Honor told me about this website and I'm so excited. I'm getting married in Key West on June 21st and I must be hot that day. I weigh 141 now and I want to be 135. I love to do step aerobics.

    Hello and welcome to the site....I don't know where you are from but where I am at tv carries excercise tv...there is a work out I really like called..Big Day Boot Camp....to get you toned and shaped for the big day dress....It requires hand weights and targets all the areas....Although I am years past my big day still want to look great in a dress...check this one out...20 minute work out....and is kinda fun!!!

    Ahh the Keys, a great place for wedding - Congratulations. Margarittaville is a must as is Rick's. - - I drove down from Miami to Key West, and enjoyed much of what the keys offered. You will have a great time.
