My fitbit app is getting data from MFP but MFP is not grabbing my steps!! So frustrating :( Hasn't been working for a couple days now.

The Great Value Walmart brand is really good, and so is Catelli Healthy Harvest. Catelli also makes a 'Catelli Smart' version that looks white but has the same fibre as the whole wheat one. My advice is to stay away from any with added flax or any other things as I find those the oddest tasting and they don't cook quite…

THIS!!! Man I hate a disorganized dishrack!! And he never puts them away in the right place either...although I do appreciate him vacuuming the carpet every once in awhile, I figure that's something pretty hard to screw up. It does bother me a bit that I work all day then have to come home and cook and clean while he's off…

Ugh! Yes!! My dad always calls it a belly ache and I can't stand it! Also super happy that I'm one of many who hate the word 'moist'! It has always made me shudder.

I'm in! SW 302 GW 282 Haven't been under 300 since June of 2009!

I've heard that it does help keep the weight on. There's a book called 'wheat belly' that I've heard is quite educational on the matter.

I'm willing to bet that your scale at home and your doctor's scale are not the same. No two scales are created equal, I weigh 15-20 pounds more on my mom's digital scale than I do on my analog one at home. My suggestion is to pick one and stick with it, give it more than 2 weeks and do your measurements as well. There is…

Oh! So does Scentsy! They have the most marvelous smelling plug in air fresheners :) Good luck with your fundraising!!

Tupperware and Epicure are both awesome companies that offer fundraising programs. I looooove me some Tupperware!

If you want a chocolate fix but maybe with some other nutritional content, I had two awesome chocolate things today: Weight Watchers Toasted Coconut mini bars (sooooo tasty and only 70 cals and 4g fibre) and Fibre1 Chocolatey Fudge 110 Calorie Brownies (110 cals, 5g fibre)

Hey there :) There are lots of us PCOSer's out there so don't worry, you're not alone! I was just talking to someone today and between the two of us we could name off 4 or 5 people who we personally know that have been diagnosed. Just remember that it is NOT the end of the world! There are medications that your ob/gyn can…

If I'm being honest, no I don't. There's a jar of gummy things on a co-workers desk at all times that I count as my 'freebies' during the day. Yes I know it's technically cheating and if the candy of the day happens to be some sort of chocolate thing then I will count that since they're higher in fat and calories but for a…

mini donuts from Montana's...omg they're to die for!

I met my husband on POF almost 4 years ago :) We've been married for almost 10 months. That being said, I went through 4 or so guys that I met that were just weird and countless other ones that I chatted with but never met. You just have to be careful!

I was diagnosed with PCOS this past April. My sister has it too but her symptoms are much more significant than mine. I don't get my period very often, every other month or so but its just normal in terms of length and intensity. I've been overweight my whole life and started getting the lovely hair growth in unfortunate…

I think you listed some really good choices there! I would also add chocolate milk to the list. I try not to drink my calories but if you want to try adding some extra that might be a good way. Plus its tasty and has some protein. I'm not sure what you're already doing, but full fat condiments might help too. I like to…

^^^^ this. The dress looks amazing but I think a less chunky shoe and maybe something with a bit of sparkle would make it perfect!

I really encourage you to check out this girl's story on her blog. She was terrified just like you were that once she stopped moving all the time (due to an injury in her case) that she was just going to pack the pounds back on...but she didn't! I find her story really motivational, hopefully she can help you too :)…

Try this cookbook! I saw a review of it on tv where they made a bunch of the recipes and tested them out on kids and they actually ate them and enjoyed them. It's full of recipes that sneak healthy foods into foods kids love like mac and cheese and brownies. I'm thinking it would help sneak the veg into your own food too…

There are a lot of cookbooks out there written explicitly for the purpose of tricking kids into eating veggies. Perhaps start with one of those? Apparently you can make delicious brownies with spinach or prune puree in them...I haven't tried it yet but if it works I am all for it.

Walmart! At least they have it at Walmart in Canada...I'm assuming all over lol or you can buy it on their website. The White Chocolate Wonderful is to die for! Oh or if you're a sucker for regular pb I love Kraft's whipped PB to dip apple slices in. It's a bit 'fluffier' and smoother than normal PB since it has air…

I saw a post on pinterest about how to lose body fat percentage while pregnant...maybe check something like that out?

I don't like to call it a 'cheat' day...but I do feel better about what I eat if I pre-plan that I'm going to go over on a certain day. For example, hubby and I love to go to the drive-in but it's just not the same without snacks and there's no way I'm bringing carrot sticks to the drive-in...that is just not right lol so…

Met my hubby online and so did my sister using plentyoffish.com...my best friend from highschool met her hubby online as well in another country! So yes there are a lot of creepers out there but there are good guys too :) hubby and I have been married for almost 9 months and together for 3.5 years :) Then again...I tried…

I'm in St. Catharines, Ontario...got up to 35 with the humidex today, yikes! Tomorrow's supposed to be the hottest day of the year with 44 degrees with the humidex! Thank goodness for a desk job in the a/c!

Thanks so much for posting :) The scale didn't move this week and I needed some reminding of why I'm doing this!

That is the saddest thing I have ever heard! Kids are so cruel these days!

Definitely not your eyes playing tricks!! You look amazing sir! You can really see it in your stomach, you're looking more and more like an upside down triangle lol keep up the good work!
-
Absolutely! Your shoulders look more toned, your arms look smaller and your back has really toned up under the band of your bra. Great work!!
