Did my first one two years ago.. definitely practice bricks! Bricks are when you combine the swim-bike or bike-run together. Then practice all three. :) Good luck! It was fun but a lot of training. Look up tri training on line a lot of good pointers.

I'm starting the program again today!! I like the idea of changing it up like CatieDan said! I get bored when I've done the 10 days per level straight! This 30 days I'm going with the 2 days of each level also! Worth a try! Good luck everyone!!

Hi! Good job! Same here... eating lots of bell peppers all colors and I add Humus.. I like the red pepper one :) Oh.. and I like the Snow peas and radishes :bigsmile:

Agree with Larisonlj.... it definitely works core with combination moves. Did Lean 1 on Wednesday and have been sore! Lean 2 tonight!! Love it so far!

I started last night.. can't decide if I'm going to do everyday or maybe every other?? I'm also doing 30 day shred with Chalean Extreme... I don't like to do the same thing everyday :) My abs are sore today!!!

I'm on my last week of the first Phase Burn... I'm also adding 30 day Shred for the extra cardio (but not everyday). I took measurements so hoping to see some changes at the first 30 days! Love the workouts!

Definately feeling stronger! Last week of Burn :) Excited to start Push and up the weights! I haven't lost much weight but my clothes are feeling better! Will weigh and measure at the end of Burn :) Keep up the good work!! Go Extreme!!

Hi I am 42 years old, single mom from Indiana, I have two adult/college kids! I also just started CLX last week so still in the Burn Phase and loving it! I have a vacation in 80+ days so wanted a program to get me toned up before my trip... I will finish about a week before leaving! :) Hope to see great results and love…

I did one last year.. never thought I would do it! I also did a sprint in Michigan. Definitely practice swimming in open water if its a open water swim... very different then training in a pool.. plus I did alot of brick training...where you combine two of the activities to get use to moving from swimming to bike and bike…

Thanks tabithajoyy! Good to know.. a friend of mine burned the DVD's for me so I'm ready to get started on it! Wish I would have started earlier but I have 90 days until vacation! Would love gaining more muscle and losing inches is awesome! I try not to worry about the scale as much any more ;) Already got more weights…

I started yesterday... love it so far! I'm going to stick with it for the 90 days! Leave for Cabo in 92 days...perfect timing!! I need to get some heavy weights but doing that today! How much weight has people lost?? or inches?? Interested to hearing results. Good Luck!

I'm doing the 5:2 and I decided to fast on Tuesday & Thursday and as close to 500 calories as I can... :) I haven't decided calorie count on feed days or if I should stick with my 1200 that I have been doing daily or to up it!?!
