I live in the country with lots of lakes and things around. We go fishing and eat a lot of fish that we catch ourselves. All you really need is a fishing pole and dig up some worms. :) We are hunters as well and eat venison year round. Thanks everyone :) I had that song stuck in my head for a couple days. lol I was very pleased to go and buy some size 14's and a pair of 12's!! Woohoo!!! I haven't been in a 12 in a loooong time. Super excited!! The 14's are a little loose, but I like the feeling of my clothes being loose now instead of super tight. lol

It took me a good month before I lost a single pound. I just kept up with what I was doing and one week I lost 5lb and have consistently lost at least 1lb a week since then. Just keep at it and don't give up!

I love Moscato and try to just save up calories or work out extra hard if I plan on having some. I should start drinking Vodka when I go out though. I didn't realize it was so low in cals. Good to know :)

You are stuck with them. They will fade eventually, but never really go away. Unless you have a tummy tuck.

I tried the new plan and it didn't work for me. I ended up gaining about 5lbs with the new system. Not or me. With MFP I have lost 17 lbs so far :) Love it.

I work 12 hour shifts also and I'm also in healthcare. I try to bring my meals and have it all planned out ahead of time. I usually only get 3 breaks a day. I have my calorie goal set to 1200 and I sometimes have a hard time getting all my calories in. I am usally under by about 20-30. When my kids were babies I usually worked out after I put the kids to bed, sometimes early in the morning before they wake up. I just pop in a dvd or hop on the elliptical and go to town. Now that they are a bit older I will have them ride bikes along with me while I run or they will do the work out dvd with me.

The same thing happened to me on my birthday. Way too much Moscato, chocolate cake, bread and cheese. The next morning I was up 4lbs and then two days later it was gone plus 2 more. :) I worked out extra hard and drank tons of water.

I had laser hair removal done and it has been wonderful. I still need to get some touch ups here and there, but it was totally worth it. No more waxing or tweezing for me :)

I eat 1200 calories a day and I do not eat my execise calories back. I will burn anywhere from 300-700 calories with my workouts daily. I was stuck and not losing for about a month but all of a sudden it has started falling off. I spoke with a nutritionist and my doctor they both said what I was doing is fine.

I just kept with my food logging and working out. I haven't tried to zig zag, at least not on purpose. lol

Then after I post this I read the thread about how the scale lies. lol I do have to say over the month that I lost nothing I did notice changes in myself. My clothes are looser and I just feel great in general. I am just one of those people that need to see the number going down.

If I weigh myself at night and then the next morning it can be a difference of about 3lbs. Usually I weigh more at night.

I'm 5'1" and my goal is 120. I was 130 in highschool and thought I was a cow. lol Now I would love to be back there. I think the last time I was 110-115 I was 12 years old. lol I'd be up for a challenge too. :)
