I posted a little while ago that my scale was just not budging and I was frustrated. Well, this week I had a 4lb loss!!! Woohoo!! Finally my body figured out what I am trying to do. :) I knew if I just stuck with it something would change. Yay!!

WTG So happy for you. It is very frustrating when the scale isnt moving but you did the right thing stuck with it and it paid off. I too have had the experience of the scale not moving and I did find that my body was going through so many things that it needed the time to make the necessary adjustments and I have lost many inches without the scale moving. Good luck with your journey and keep up the great work...........

    mine too please!! :D

    PS: "weigh" to go!!!!!
  • Awesome! I know that is so frustrating when you're doing the right things and nothing moves on that hateful device!!
  • Then after I post this I read the thread about how the scale lies. lol

I do have to say over the month that I lost nothing I did notice changes in myself. My clothes are looser and I just feel great in general. I am just one of those people that need to see the number going down.

If they slow or stop, ill start eating my exercise calories. Then, if they slow or stop again weeks into doing that, i stop eating them. Also ill do something else, or with more intensity. Im going to start swimming the next time it happens.

Way to go! I too, am dealing with a stubburn scale.... but u are an inspiration, I will keep on keepin' on, and perhaps my scale will "chill out" and let go of that same #....it's been holding on for 1.5 weeks..... grrrr!

I just kept with my food logging and working out. I haven't tried to zig zag, at least not on purpose. lol
