I eat a lot of fruit, especially watermelon, bananas, and blueberries. They curb my cravings for baked desserts. My mom was always baking sweets and treats so I've had to train myself to not crave them. So far so good.

Size 3, sometimes a 2 depending on brand. But they're a little snugger than they were a year or two a go which is why I am trying to lose. So far so good! I am getting there :)

Sometimes water and fiber are not enough...... Try magnesium. The powdered kind you can get at a supplement store. Try the ionic fizz magnesium (a triple dose) or magnesium serene (double dose). For sure... It's frustrating how hard it has been to lose "the last 10 pounds". I rarely eat out and rarely eat sweets, so it's difficult to tighten up an already pretty decent diet.I have to admit, though, that I wont give up my coffee! Lots of cardio and 2 hour a day workouts seem to be working. And stress reduction!

I lost and inch in my hips. There was a time when I could do 20 plus push-ups and I can do 5 non-girly ones again! My abs are sore for the first time in a long time. I lost a lot of feeling after my c-section. Making progress.

If protein makes up more than 30% of your daily calories then no it's not okay.. Too much protein can cause kidney problems, you can actually lose muscle mass and minerals due to dehydration. Actually just studied this as I am preparing for a degree in dietetics.

I like to spread mine on a banana instead of on bread. Or freeze a banana and add almond milk, a little peanut butter and cocoa powder. That's one of my favorite treats!

Yep! lol. I lose weight in my upper body first and boobs were always the first to go. However, I much preferred being in shape. If it bothers you that much, work out for the smokin' hot bod and get some new boobies as a reward. I know this isn't popular opinion but whatever makes you happy...

I started keeping track of this awhile ago. Usually 3-5 lbs for me and it takes a week to go away. I stopped weighing myself because it's not fun to wonder if actually *gained* all that weight. Good luck.:)

Might help if you use something other than milk. I use water in my smoothies with some spinach and it still tastes just as good. Not only will it reduce sugar but a lot of calories too!

When I was working full time.. I'd buy those frozen grilled chicken breasts, microwave them and add it to a salad with a hard boiled egg and chopped veggies and an apple and piece of cheese on the side. It kept me pretty full and I have a big appetite.

My favorite: saute lots of seasoned leeks, garlic, spinach, and roma tomatoes. Add egg whites and garlic feta cheese and put under the broiler. So delicious!
