Just like with your weight loss journey i would recommend taking baby steps towards your ultimate goal. Too much too soon will almost guarantee an injury or burn out. A jogging stroller is a necessity for jogging with the baby. I have one that I purchased from target for $100 that I am happy with and have had no problems. It's the baby trend expedition. Definitely a good stroller for the price.

Luna bars are good. Haven't had a flavor yet that I don't like but my favorites would probably be chocolate dipped coconut and chocolate peppermint stick. The mint cookie crumble flavor by balance bar is another good one I've tried.
