Unfortunately, I know alot of guys who come back, and find that their wife/gf has been sleeping around while they were deployed. Pretty low. This is like the exact opposite, and super inspiring. Well done.

I logged it when i first started, and now since it's in there, i add it when i have one. Which is all the time. :( Srs though, log it to see sodium intake. Logged soy sauce the other day, blew my mind... sodium is no joke!

No kidding. I have the knowledge, just never applied it for more than a few weeks. On it for 2 months, dedicated, and been seeing sweet results. Just have to put your head down and keep pushing.

I know several ladies with tattoos on/near their wrist. All are total babes, and it doesnt take away from anything. Awesome conversation starter. Someone once suggested in jest that I get an armband tattoo. I still laugh about the idea.

Thanks. Feels good to see the number on the scale going down, while maintaining strength. Hung in the low 200's in highshool, and used to lift A LOT as a teen when I played football. Moved pianos for a living for while. I know there is a decent base there. Goig to keep cutting until I plateau, or hit 220 and then move…
