I thought things were rough when I started menopause at 47- then came 50. I have gained 50lbs since starting menopause, I have arthritis now. I use to dread walking. Now my back hurts when I walk and I cherish being able to walk. Weight loss is now a necessity so I can stay active and youthful, versus fit cute clothes. Iβ¦
