  • Thanks for the info ladies. I have been watching, measuring and adding everything I am doing! My husband SAYS he supports me, however, he has asked for fried potatoes, cabbage and fried pork chops for supper... UGH... looks like another lean cuisine meal for me.:laugh:
  • I'm so glad I joined myfitness. I just weighed in after my first week of joining and I lost 2 lbs. Is that a good start, or should I expect more?
  • Glad to have you Nana.... I joined this morning and I am so excited, but nervous. My calorie intake should be like 1700 cal a day, but today I only eat 1250, and I feel great. I even walked 2 miles today... I haven't done that in a while. I AM READY FOR THIS JOURNEY!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!:happy:
