My body fat hasn't changed either. :( I haven't measured myself since it's only been 10 days. I'm probably just being impatient. I just wondered what other people's experience was.

I was born and raised in Nebraska so there's no way I could be anything other than a Husker! Even though we got screwed on our bowl game, (Holiday bowl against 6-6 Washington who we already beat up on 2nd game of the year!) I'll still be cheering them on! Go Big Red!

I had basically the exact same thing too. I stayed up for about a week and now this morning it just dropped back down below where I was a week ago. Weird. I've given up trying to figure out why. Just keep doing the right things and eventually the scale will get there.

Lately I've been into breakfast burritos. I quickly scrabble two egg whites with some frozen chopped peppers and onions, put some 2% pepperjack cheese on my carb lite tortilla and then add some salsa. I just started but I'm definitely finding it helpful to weigh myself everyday. I know that weight can vary from day to day and I try to keep that in mind but I agree that seeing it go up makes it easier to correct the problem fast. We'll see in the long term but right now I want to keep a very tight rein on things.
