Day 2 is looking good. I am taking a lot of breaks during the exercise but I hope my endurance improves to avoid this. I expected aches while squatting but I am good. Just stomach ache and a bit of back pain.

Count me in. My goals are to exercise every other day, eat lower than my calorie intake and to have lost 5kg after the 12 weeks.
