    Well I hate to admit but that just makes me realize that one of the things I need to do is get myself a before pic since I'm serious about losing weight so I can see what I'm going to look like when I finally reach my goal.

    I really don't like taking pictures cuz the hair on top is getting thinner and I'm getting self consious about it. But I do believe the benefits of having a before and after picture is going to be helpful for me down the road.
