I have lost 46lbs (most of this within 3 - 4 months) and I mostly just used the elliptical. Swam and walked on occasion too, but all my gym visits were just elliptical.

A lot of people love my lips, eyes and cheeks. I love my cheeks though, since not many people have the same face shape as I do or the high cheek bones.

This weeks episode wasn't awesome. A little boring but I think it was needed to tie everything together. Find something you like! I could not do videos.. I would dread them too. I hate doing stuff like that and I really do not blame you there. I personally just love the elliptical or really any machine type exercise.
