70.4kgs (155lbs) lost and never coming back

So today when I jumped on the scales I seen a number that I haven't not seen since I was 16 I was in the 80s and officially made the 70kg lost mark I still have a bit to my 73kg goal weight but I have come a looong way and I am so proud of myself for doing this and I am never going back now ;D

That is so awesome. I am getting so close to my goal with about 9 lbs until I am no longer considered overweight. I know the joy, confidence and sense of accomplishment that you are feeling. Good for you.

Yeah just been using mfp and I just watch my carbs of a night I very rarely have potato but I still have spag Bol once a fortnight I just have the macro organic pasta which has half the cals of normal pasta, and I workout a lot six days a week for about an hour when I doSo inspiring to see your pics1 New at this just wondering if you lost it just by following myfitnesspal. 0 -
