When you are doing ab exercises to build stomach muscle. That muscle you are building will push and stomach fat or skin out and will appear you stomach is getting bigger.

Thanks and yes I'm much healthier. I'm off all my Meds which were 2 Blood Pressure and Diabetes Meds. No Diabetes last blood test and My Pressure stays at 126/80 everytime it's checked.

86 pounds. Started by eating super clean and doing tons of cardio. After I dropped around 40 pounds I cut cardio and upped my calories. Then started lifting heavy weight and eating on a 40% Carb, 40% Protein and 20% Fat diet. I still do around 400 cal. worth of Cardio 5 days a week and lift 4 days a week.

The scale is awful last weigh in I was 182. Got on the scale last night it said 192. This morning it said 190 and then after my workout today it had me at 186. After using the rest room it had me at 182. Now I know there is no way I put on 10 pounds nor did it go away that fast. I never get on this much but Really that…
