I used to eat Balance bars but they have too much sugar (they're still my favorite though). Nowadays, I eat the Nature's Valley Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate. 10g of protein and only 6g of sugar.

Here's how I see it: You went through a lot of pain, suffering, and expense to get that tummy tuck. Don't ruin it by jumping the gun on your exercise! Especially if you had to work your way down to a weight to get that tummy tuck (which is what I'm doing). You want it to be perfect. If the doc says light exercise, stick to…
