  • I have just started training for a 1/2 marathon.....I have worked out 4-6 days a week, only go over my calorie goals on a Saturday and I have stayed the same and only flucuated 2lbs up and down. I am not sure what to tell you......throw away the damned scale, it just messes with your mind!
  • I did a couch to 5km last year....now I run an average 5-10km 3 times a week....you can do it...I am an ex smoker.....it didn't help me lose alot of weight, but I gained a lot of friends doing it and I can leave from my front door and run! Free of charge!
  • I have the same problem.....I do well from Jan - Sept, but then I seem to fall off the wagon and gain 10-15lbs back and have to start over. • down 30lbs is awesome! I am also new to the site. I find it addicting so far. lol I am going to track for a week and see how it goes, I am usually a weight watchers gal, but I need to change it up to lose the last 10lbs, so I am trying something new. Good luck!

Also in situations with foot pain, there could be a neck adjustment needed....last year when I started running I had foot problems. A small adustment to C2 and I…
  • I loved ww until I also plateued....even with the new program. I am trying to cut carbs to see if that helps....although I have been doing that on ww also.......I think my problem is beer, lol.
