Plateaud on WW so need anew kick start

Hey, I joined WW in july of last year. Lost 3 stone up to xmas and since have maintained the same weight!

Going to try this to see if I can kick start my weight loss journey again!

Would love extra motivation if you want to friend me! :)

    I loved ww until I also plateued....even with the new program. I am trying to cut carbs to see if that helps....although I have been doing that on ww also.......I think my problem is beer, lol.
    I am trying to stick to 1200 cal a day, with lots of protein and veggies......hopefully this will do that trick to lose the last 10lbs. I currently weight 155 and have been able to drop down to 152, but keep creeping up to 155....my goal I think is 145...but I won't know until I get there.
    I think it is great to try something new, I am a lifetime member on ww.....lost my baby weight with them.....and then my "quit smoking" weight.........never hurts to try something new.......never thought I would count calories because I always counted points! lol.

    I've never been on a diet in my life until I joined WW. I actually enjoy it.I enjoy going to meetings. But when I'm paying 20 quid a month for 6 months and not losing anything i think i need to try something different. I will defo go back, because the support you get from the group is great.

    I am in the same position - Got down to as low as 152 but keep waffling between 152 and 155 and trying to get down to 145. I have been trying to increase my exercise and actually focus on not eating too few calories - eating 1500 to 1600 with exercise so that I can net around 1200. We will see how this goes...
