I wish it was the sweets for me. I go over board with meat, pasta, potatoes, etc. I eat healthy most days but some days it gets rough. I need someone to remind me of the benefits of taking my lunch to work and to eat healthy on weekends.

I have the flex and I think as long as you put in the correct information it is accurate. I did research on it and three other activity monitors before I bought it and the flex came out on top due to being the most accurate (I know they compared the flex, the Nike one, the Jawbone up and one more).

I bought a NutriBullet and do 50% vegetables (like spinich), 50% fruits and then add 2-tablespoons of ground flax seed, add water, it makes a great smoothie. Actually I walk 5 to 7 miles a day, started in April and I have toned my arms, leggs, waist and have lost five pounds (And I am not doing it for weight loss).

I would say you are eating too few calories. I walk 10,000 or more steps a day (thank u fitbit), which means i am supposed to eat about 1700 calories a day. I am 5' 6" and weigh 155, but I started at 177 lbs. When i eat my numbers I lose about 1.2 lbs a week, when I dont I either gain or start a plateau period. I did not…
