I have started drinking one 16 ounce cup of fresh homeade vegetable/fruit juice. The recipe I use most is: apples, tomatoes, lime, kale, mint, spinich, and carrots. How do I add the calories for MFP food diary?

You know I have wondered that also. Maybe check the stats on V8 or the V8 combo vegetable fruit juice. Depending on the size less than 50 I would think.0

I would just log the ingredients whole. You are essentially just removing the cellulose and part of the fiber from the fruits and vegetables, which make up only a negligible amount of their calories.0

enough juice and you don't have to count calories. you just turn into this:

I hope you are right, I dont want to use a lot of calories. I am only doing one juice a day, not fasting.0
