Perhaps it is not too low. My girlfriend have calorie allowance 1400. And she is 1.72cm height, 64 kilos weight. You can adjust your allowance, but you must not go below your daily Base metabolic rate.

Has anyone ever injured his ribs during BJJ. I fell on my oponents knee and I heard some strange sound. I have not broke rib (I suppose) ... it do not hurt much unless I try to rotate my torso. I know I must rest a while ... If anyone has injured ribs on similar way, how long does this take, few days, week, two week? More?…

I agree completely with you ... I know some local celebrities here in Croatia and 1. they usually do not look so good as in media 2. dating celebrities usually means being target of journalists, gossip etc. All your characteristics is important to me too, but I would add integrity, loyalty and good sense of humor.

I started with BJJ (Gracie Barra) last week as an addition to my Krav Maga. I must admit that my ground fight and stamina is very low and I have muscle pain in legs, abs and back .. but I feel good because I will learn something new and burn a tons of calories.

Hi MtnKat Krav Maga is intense, especially when we have endurance training. Going back to Taekwondo? No ... It was 20 years ago, and I'm not enough flexible for doing high kicks :) Beside that, Taekwondo is competitive sport and much attention is given to competitors and to recreational practitioner not so much.
