Two pounds a week is actually really fast! The biggest problem for me is sodium. It reatains water like a mofo and then makes you all bloated. I say don't eat back your calories unless you are hungry and feel like you need to. With 14 lbs to lose, you might reach your goal in as little as 2 months... so I would reccomend…

Your ptofile says you have struggled with eating disorders. I think it is more important for you to learn to eat well than to do a crash diet that is easy to mess up. Take care of your body:)

I don't because my weight goal is not drastic, but I've been contemplating a fitness-rrlated tattoo that has to do with my lifting and running goals. I date a tattoo artist though so no rush in trying to figure it out; I get a tattoo almost every other month xD

I run 5.1 mph (working my way up as well) with a 3.0% incline. My walking is doing at 3.5mph at 4.0-4.5% incline. I've already noticed a huge difference when walking my dog up this huge *kitten* hill in my neighborhood... to me, treadmill is def worth it.
