I don't see the point in being mean to me. Im just sharing with you the struggles that I have had today. How would you feel if someone forced you to eat 3 cinnamon rolls, a bear claw, 2 brownies and a cookie. Also subway was giving out free cookies with purchase of a sub. NOT COOL subway!!

Okay that sounds like a pretty good plan. I think if I know I have a refeed coming I can stick to a lower target more regularly. My main concern is the fat intake. Think I need to cut about 4 more lbs of pure fat (AVI not recent). However from post you can see that consistent low cal days have been hard to come by due to hunger and cravings. Trying to find something that will help with consistency and fat loss.

Also the timing of this window does not matter. My window is 3pm to 11pm most days.

Its post like this that give IF a bad name. No matter when you eat if you over eat you will not lose weight. I also have an 8 hour eating window but I also have an 8 hour eating window when i'm bulking. Just because you only eat for 8 hours does not allow you not to track what you eat.

Thanks for your guys input. It did come off as a put down and she was kinda saying it in a way that its a goal I should not continue. I agree with most of you that its my body I can do what makes me happy. I feel a lot better about it now.

What are your thoughts on the frequency of isolation exercises? Also I have been cycling calories so many days I'm on a surplus and have been seeing size gains in other areas. I would like to keep doing this as I can stay a little leaner but if it is something that will inhibit size I might have to switch to straight bulk.

I would go online and find TDEE calculator. From there increase that number by 10%. See how that works for you for a couple weeks and adjust so you are gaining between .5 and 1 lb a week. For reference. I am 6' 185lbs and I bulk at only 2800 calories. Its different for everyone. I would not start at >3000 calories right…
