This is an amazing transformation. Congrats on all your hard work.

I think in theory that is a great idea. Are you new to training? If you are you will respond much better to training and might not even have to do the bulk/cut cycle. You could just eat at maintenance and recomp your body. If you have been training for 1.5+ years this is usually the recommended strategy but putting on…

I believe the ~3500calories is an estimation as when you gain and lose weight it is not pure fat and that is the reason they do not use the 4082 calories you calculated.
-
Wheelhouse15 is correct. With an active job it is not unreasonable to be able to loose weight at 3000 calories.

Unless it is specified as cooked weight it is most commonly uncooked weight. I.e. weigh before you cook on most items.

Awesome. Will check that out thanks.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=8bFnxLboKi0&feature=youtu.be This is me 255x5. I want to have a stronger bench so looking on ques I can use to get me to more of a power lifters form.

As long as you have energy for your workouts it does not matter.

I was pretty much thinking some sort of rack and bench. Already have a pretty sweet pull-up station. Does anyont have experience with the adjustable dumbells that go up to 125 lbs. I was looking at some videos and they seem super blocky and might not allow good ROM. Also anyone have a good expience with a dip station?

Okay I think I will try some time off and then reduce the weight and try to build up slowly. I had a feeling that going all out every day was not the ideal way to do this. Ill give it a couple months to see if I can squeeze out any more progression.

1) I think the last time I took more than a day or two off was about May 13'. I usually don't do deload weeks. fingers cross I have not had any injuryies. 2) For the most part I want a mix of both hyportrophy and strength. I feel like I have put on decent size but its kind of hard to quatify which is why its good to have…

I read this from another place but an awesome read along with their previous article. I think I will need to re-adjust my training. BTW Chris, did I see that you are doing internet consultation?

Lock it down then. Thanks

I realize that you guys are pretty swamped with posts so I'll try to close this myself. I think my I'm going to add back in about 150 cals a week of mostly carbs and fat. I think that your protein requirement actually drops slightly when you increase calories but I'm going to still aim for about 1g/lb. This is will take me…

The reason that this is so popular is that people believe that it allows you to lose weight while building muscle. The jest of it that on days you strength train you eat more calories than you do on days that you don't strength train. You then make sure that the average of these for the week is under your daily limit. That…

There are a lot of people that have great a great understanding of nutrition and general fitness however there are some of those people that fail to see their clients needs. In your profile you say that you want to 215lbs and have the cardio stamina to skate. I would try to take a step back and think if this trainer is…

I think that is AWESOME!! You should be really proud of that accomplishment.

This is kinda a downer. Im sitting at about 180 lbs at I think around 10-12% bf. According to this I can at best put on around 10lbs of muscle in my life with dedicated training.

Lol thank you all for getting this to a full 3 pages. I obviously am trolling and do not believe diet soda causes this. This was just my odd attempt to show how ridiculous people are that claim significant other or coworkers sabotage them'
