  • Seesh, I would be happy to be steadily loosing a pound a week! I've only lost 5 pounds since I started back in May! I have however, lost at least 3 inches off of my waist and more in other areas (save for my hips, they're still a solid 40" @_@). Just keep at it and take your measurements once a month and write them down…
  • I've found that just plain leg lifts tend to work that same area (if the area you described are what I'm thinking of). They feel really easy at first, but once you start going it feels like your legs suddenly weigh 300 pounds. I haven't heard of butterfly crunches before. I may start doing those for some variety.
  • I like them just sliced with a small sprinkle of salt on top. Delicious! Also, cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches! Or you could make another type of sandwich with a little bit of mayo, some cheddar cheese and cucumber slices (these also taste great with some turkey). ...now I'm hungry and I have no cucumbers! :grumble:
  • Disk golf yeah! I plan on going out right after work to play because it feels so nice. Of course most of my time playing is actually spent digging around in the brush to find my disk. My boyfriend is so ashamed of my terrible aim. :blushing:
