I've never had these, but I'm trying it this weekend... but if you like chips, try making Kale Chips. Get some kale, cut out the stalks, wash, pat dry, toss w/ olive oil and seasonings... bake for 20-ish minutes at 350. I hear that this is a good alternative to eating chips and they are tasty!

Don't give up yet...weight loss is extremely slow for some people. Instead of having your focus be 'the numbers on the scale'; base it off other goals....fitting into a certain pair of clothes, doing an activity you haven't been able to do before...etc. If you change your focus from the numbers, to achieving other goals…

I've lost 40lbs...and i've only gone down 1 size. I've lost alot of weight before (about 70lbs) and I only went down a size for every 30-40 lbs lost.... kind of frustrating, but i'm not focusing on that this time around... just feeling better is totally worth this new lifestyle!

I'm not 'thirsty" per say...but I just like to flush my system and drink as much as possible. I also lose alot of water when I work out, so I like to replenish. I've researched water intake and for my weight/height...I'm not going crazy w/ too much water. It all depends on the person I guess... I personally love water, so…
