size 12 here! I've found that Brooks is a good running shoe, but i usually have to buy mens. I did recently find some Women's trail running shoes by Saucony in my size...they are good :)

Chocolate! I make a shake with 1 scoop Chocolate protien powder, 1 cup skim milk, 1.5 cups crushed ice, 2 Tablespoons of P2B... really good :)

Bosu Ball, hand weights, stationary bike, rowing maching, resistance bands, jump rope.... workout DVDs.

I've stalled since the end of last year too... but what has been helping me is eating meals that are somewhat equal in caloric intake...evened out throughout the day to meet my calorie goals. Drinking LOTS of water. trying to lower my sodium overall...even though somedays i've gone over. But i seem to be losing weight…

I've only tried the Cinnamon Raisin Bread and I think it's really good! It's in the freezer section of the grocery store...I've seen it at Bi-lo, Publix and Whole Foods.

As other people have stated, frozen veggies are affordable and always available. I personally shop at Aldi for produce... they have fresh produce, super cheap and it's really good :)

I actually just started to drink my coffee without creamer this week and it really isn't that bad. I am slowly adding less Splenda and tomorrow is the last of the Splenda in my house...so it will be truly 'black' from here on out. It really isn't as bad as I thought... so I think i'll be able to stick with it!
