Hello 50 lbs

Good Morning,

My date has finally arrived; March 1, 2013. Today is the day that I have chosen to start loosing 50lbs for the following reason.
1. reduce the cruching on my knee
2. sleep better at night
3. increase my confidence
4. fit into my clothes
5. set a good example for my future self.

please join me if you want to loose around 50 lbs.
I will exercise 5 days a week and weigh in on Fridays.

    You can do this! I had 114.1 lbs. I wanted to loss. After 5 weeks I am officially down 16 lbs., two clothes sizes and alot of inches! My hips no longer hurt when I walk, I sleep better and most of all I feel fabulous. Welcome!

    Welcome to day one of the new you! I love all your goals as they reflect my own, especially the one about the knees/legs. I lost 50+ lbs. and about 2 months into the journey realized I was no longer taking Tylenol p.m. at night to be able to sleep since my legs and knees hurt. Just wanted to let you know that taking off the excess weight sure makes a difference. And feeling healthier and being able to buy clothes in a regular size is wonderful.
