Yes, you should "eat exercise calories back". In the long run, an excessive deficit will work against your weight loss goals.

On an average, health-wise you should be fine. Just watch your intake / log what you eat / drink plenty of water at night (partly speak from personal experience, having observed the month of Ramadan for many years by God's leave; as also know many others who have). Religiously, there is no compulsion in the religion (Quran…

Started Stronglifts with the highbar variant some months ago. Moved to the lowbar / box squats version after listening to Mark Rippetoe & the Elite fitness video (and it seemed Eric Helms also says it allows you to lift heavier).

Wishing you all the best!

Well it looks like you got what you asked for -- something that was *fast*, yes? :flowerforyou: If you want that in a medically controlled setting, i'd go with what an earlier poster said:
-
Begin with your least favorite body part. Lop it off. Repeat until you're at goal.

To add some variety, you could mix it up. Elliptical some, cycling some, walking some, as Sara suggested--maybe swimming some  And if your gym has one of them Arc trainers, they say it's easy on the joints. All the best.
