  • I've never heard of them. I'm not a fan of any plan that uses processed bars and meals as replacements for actual food. I want to learn to eat food for the rest of my life without going back to my old bad habits not just lose weight.   • Wow, you are where I want to be (5'3" and 130) but you do have to log consistently to see success. Another thing that has helped me is using a heart rate monitor when I work out. I thought I was working harder than I was and now I know when I'm slacking off. That was the best investment I've made.
  • You should never eat below 1200 calories. It even tells you that when you set up MFP. You are starving yourself and you won't lose anything. Forget upping slowing. Start eating 1200 calories of good food. For your height, you really don't need to lose anyway but you really won't starving yourself.
