I went down from a size 13 pant size to a 9... so that's pretty sweet.. all my clothes are too effin' big.. and im fitting into medium sized tops instead of XL but i am not buying them because im self conscious and i feel like i have no right to be buying a size medium lol.. if it keeps going down i'll get more confident…

my, like, dream weight would be 135 probably but I think it would probably be really hard to maintain.. i don't know. i was 185 and my first goal was 165 and then 150....i'm at like 154 now... if it is going down i am happy.

just make sure the rest of ur day is on track.. and add some exercise to ur routine if you can. thats what i would do. make sure you aren't indulging in other areas (or try to keep it super spread out)

ok an odd thing i find attractive is a snaggletooth. or like, if most of their teeth look awesome and theres like one crooked one.. like the guy from hedley i think has that. i'm not particularly attracted to him at all but he's the only example i could think of atm

i don't enjoy drinking really, so i'm glad for that! i know lots of people who binge drink & party and its a lot of unnecessary calories, especially if you like sweeter drinks. (crystal light in vodka anyone? haha) but ya im not really big on getting drunk and stuff. so im thankful for that.

i'm pretty sure i enjoy all bad foods.. but im vegetarian so i think that helps some, and i enjoy healthy foods too. so it could definitely be worse.

usually people say cut down ur sodium/other bad stuff, up protein and fruits and veggies.. nobody ever got fat eating whole natural foods.

i've heard that changing your calorie intake can help. you could try upping it to 1500 or so and see if that helps? i personally wouldn't eat back exercise calories. you could try eating less processed foods?

its just about finding a balance. cause u can't obsess about counting things either to a point where it affects your life negetively. i can tend to get obsessive so my boyfriend asked me to quit mfp for awhile and now i'm back and using it less obsessively. i probably forget some fruit, but it's better than being crazy. so…

if you're going to use mfp might as well log everything. however if you forget a nectarine, don't freak out, it's no biggie.

my weight right now is 165 my goal weight right now is 150... then it will be 140... then 135 maybe depending how i look and feel and how hard it is to maintain.

the last time i used a proper scale it said 160 (highest weight was 185 - so i lost 25lbs so far) but today i was on a different scale and it said 165... not sure. but somewhere around 160-165. my calorie goal with no exercise is 1,340.
