    i aim for 12-16 a day.... on weekends I shoot for 8-10 if im busy. i pee a lot and everyone HATES STOPPING for me so on weekends i try to think of others.

    i try to get a minimum of 8 and have had as much as 14 i think.... i dont always log it but its the only thing i drink aside from my coffee in the morning so i tend to get quite a bit down....

    I'm between 80 and 120 oz a day. Feels like a pee machine. Every 30 minutes.

    Same here.

    And for me it is mainly in the form of coffee or tea. I almost never drink plain water.

    I try for at least 125oz of fluids (non caffeinated, non alcoholic, non calorie) a day. I mainly drink non-caf green tea.

    I try for 2 liters, but man is it hard to drink that sometimes. Hahaha!
