Welcome aboard sunshine - I am so happy you are here - and I know you can do it :) I am loving this numbers game - it is awesome and keeps you accountable - and the people on the forum have been lovely - even though I haven't yet introduced myself - how rude of me :)  Big hugs xxx

LOL - I have only just started - but I can see that I will be exactly like you - I am LOVING being accountable to all the numbers - I think I should've been an accountant !!! LOL x

Ohhhh - thank you so much for that :) I really appreciate you posting :) I will follow the C25K then - maybe repeating weeks if I need to - until I can get that endurance/efficiency right :) I have a HRM but I haven't been able to do the whole 35 minute run yet to be able to compare - so YAY - thank you for taking the time…

Anyone?? I would love some feedback on this :) Pretty please :)

Congratulations - well done :) be proud of yourself - and JUST DO IT - I have pasted it to my treadmill :) Keep it up

I have already complete the C25K last year - and now I am starting again - I know exactly how you feel - and I agree with the others - the barrier to running is more psychological than physical. Our legs carry us around all day without complaining - they can do this - it is our head that says we can't - just keep pushing…

I have just started week 2 - and I am LOVING it :) I have a heart rate monitor also :) I have added a C25K Exercise in 'My Exercises' and just change the minutes and the calories each time :) Happy Running
