I agree with others about a major trim. Make it a bit more even along the bottom...maybe 6 inches. :) I'm trying to grow mine out another few inches and grow out layers. A friend of mine's hair seemed to grow over night. I asked her what she does, and amazingly enough...gets trims every 8 weeks. I guess it would help…

Can you buy a piece of cardio equipment for the house? IDK if anybody else suggested that, but you could get in your cardio while the kids sleep. I'm not a DVD workout person...would rather watch tv while doing cardio.

I'd be satisfied at losing body fat...gaining muscle is a plus, but not looking to be ripped...too much work, lol. Bodies can change so much and as I said, I want to lose body fat, just don't want to become too obsessed about it. :happy:

I think we all go through ebbs and flows of losing/maintaining our weight. The important thing is that you didn't bury your head in the sand and pretend that nothing has happened before you've gained even more weight. Welcome back!!!:drinker:

It was actually not bad at all! Small portions and did have some pumpkin pie with homemade whipped cream. But didn't go crazy and didn't binge at all before, during as since the holiday. :) Now if I can do that consistently for a few months then I'll hit goal!!! Lack of consistency is my downfall!

It IS difficult to log those indulgences at times, but you are only hurting yourself by NOT doing it. Maybe log what you want to eat before you eat it and see the damage. Then you can always decided if you really want it. If so, then do it and make up for it over the next couple days by getting in more activity and/or…
